To open an account with Supper Baji, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply may result in Supper Baji suspending or closing your account at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age – no exceptions.
• Each individual may hold a maximum of one account only.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Accounts are for personal use only – placing bets on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Supper Baji may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Supper Baji account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone.

• Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact Supper Baji support immediately.
• If you log in on public WiFi or a shared device, always log out after use.
• Supper Baji will never ask for your password via email or phone.

Depositing on Supper Baji is quick and easy. Please follow the guidelines outlined below.

Minimum & Maximum Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket).
• Maximum daily deposit limits vary depending on the payment method used.
• Successful deposits are credited to your balance immediately.
• Refunds for failed deposits are processed within 3 business days.

Third-Party Payments

Supper Baji only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Payments made from another person's Mobile Pay or bank account will be rejected.

Withdrawing your winnings on Supper Baji is fast and transparent. There are a few conditions worth knowing about.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Supper Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the Promotions page. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

• Each new member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• A minimum deposit requirement must be met to qualify for a bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10x–30x.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly – wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period and will be forfeited once that period ends.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Supper Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting Limits

Each event and market has minimum and maximum bet limits, which may vary by game or event. Supper Baji may update these limits at any time.

Bet Cancellation Policy

• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For sports events, bets placed before the scheduled start time will remain valid if the event begins early.
• In the event of any dispute over match scores or results, Supper Baji's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Supper Baji. Violations will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Arbitrage betting – placing opposing bets across different platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Placing deliberately low-risk bets in order to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to Supper Baji's software or systems.
• Placing a bet after already knowing the outcome of a game or event (match-fixing related).

Supper Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By court order or regulatory authority directive.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned provided no rules have been violated.

Supper Baji believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why we have a number of measures in place to protect our players.

• Set deposit, bet, and session limits at your convenience.
• A cooling-off period can be set for a specified duration.
• Options for permanent or temporary self-exclusion are available.
• Accounts for users under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited.

• For significant changes, users will be notified via email or in-platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
